About the Event
Join us to practice conditioning your horse for distance driving! We will do approxiamtely 6-miles of easy work, adjusted accordingly for whatever participants show up (i.e. walk 1/2 mile - trot 1/2 mile; walk 1 mile - trot 1 mile; or 6 miles of just nice forward walking if you're still knocking off the winter dust).Â
If you have a young horse or one that you want to expose to group events, please come prepared to work that horse on the ground only (ground driving, long reining).
If you have a riding horse that you want exposed to carriges, this is a great event for you to attend too! Sign up with your riding horses!
Weather permitting, assuming we have a nice spring dry up and High Cliff opens as scheduled on May 1st.
