A night spent doing the "work of driving" instead of actually driving. I removed the old sandpaper - what was left of it - from my shafts and got them ready to receive new paper. They were in such bad condition that I had one slipping on me last weekend.
I have to do this about 3 times per year, although I'm told by the manufacturer this is allegedly "not normal". It's due to the high mileage driving I do. And almost always hauling somewhere to do it means shafts go on and off - a lot!
